Me and Mama and Daddy went to Ruidoso this weekend to meet Grandma and Grandpa for the Lincoln County Cowboy Symposium. Uncle Shawn even got to visit us at night because he was there working. We like to go every year. Uncle Rex and Aunt Lynette come, too and this year Keeley and Mason were there! We had a cool cabin to stay in. 
I got to wear my hat and boots like a real cowboy. 
At the Symposium we saw lots of cool stuff. I cruised around some and walked some. 
I even got to ride on Grandpa’s shoulders for awhile. 
They have a rodeo just for kids, but I was too little this year – me and Daddy worked out my strategy for grabbing dollars off the goats, so when I turn three I am ready!! 
I also liked visiting with the pack donkey from the mule show. 
I can’t wait until next year when I can show Pumpkin the ropes!

Sorry we were in a hurry when we saw you and that we didn't run into you again! Colton and Cady can't wait until you are old enough to do the rodeo with them, Denny!
